These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the AlphaQuest Research website, platform, and services. By accessing or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and have a valid PAN. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify your identity and suspend access if information is false or incomplete.

Subscriptions & Fees

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as per your choice. Renewal is manual — we do not charge without explicit authorisation.
• All prices are inclusive of GST. Fees are accepted only via registered banking channels (UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS). Cash payments and profit-sharing arrangements are prohibited.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply to active subscriptions until renewal.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds must be requested through your account dashboard. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to: redistribute, sell, or share research content with non-subscribers; reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our platform.
• You agree not to: use our services for unlawful activities, harassment, or attempts to gain unauthorised access.
• Violations of acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of subscription fees.

Intellectual Property

All research content, analysis, frameworks, and platform features are the intellectual property of AlphaQuest Research. You may use them solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or SEBI regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your access to content ceases immediately.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AlphaQuest Research harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions based on our research.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under Indian law. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
