Refund Policy

AlphaQuest Research offers a 7-day refund window and flexible cancellation. This policy is designed to protect both our subscribers and our business.

Subscriptions purchased on our platform are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. Refunds apply only to subscription fees, not to GST or payment processing charges. To request a refund, log in to your account, navigate to Subscription Settings, and select 'Request Refund'. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law (e.g., consumer protection regulations).

Eligible refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing support@alphaquestresearch.com with the payment reference number. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument within 7–10 working days, subject to gateway timelines.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately; you retain access to content until the end of the billing period. No refund is issued for partial months. If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you can do so by selecting a plan and confirming payment. Your cancellation does not affect your historical data or account information.

How to request a refund or cancellation

1. Log in to your AlphaQuest Research account. 2. Navigate to Subscription Settings or Billing. 3. For refund: Select 'Request Refund' (within 7 days). For cancellation: Select 'Cancel Subscription'. 4. Confirm your request. 5. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team at support@alphaquest.in or call our helpline during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM IST).
