Is AlphaQuest Research a SEBI Registered Research Analyst?+
Yes. AlphaQuest Research operates as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000026132). Registration details and risk disclosures are published on every research report.
Do you guarantee returns?+
No. SEBI explicitly prohibits any guarantee or assurance of returns. We provide research and analysis only — investments in the securities market are subject to market risk.
Which markets and instruments do you cover?+
We cover Indian cash equities (NSE / BSE) and equity derivatives (Nifty, Bank Nifty and lead F&O stocks). Coverage of new instruments is announced inside the platform.
How will I receive the research?+
All research is delivered through our Telegram channel, email and the in-app dashboard. Levels and reports are time-stamped and archived for your records.
How is my consent recorded?+
Every paid transaction requires a fresh, time-stamped electronic consent (eSign). The signed PDF is stored securely and is downloadable from your dashboard.
Can I cancel a subscription?+
Yes — please review the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the time elapsed since purchase.
How is my personal data protected?+
All sensitive data (PAN, mobile, eSign records) is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never store card or UPI credentials. Access to client records is restricted, audited, and logged in line with SEBI cybersecurity guidance.
Is there a free trial available?+
We do not offer a free trial in line with SEBI norms for research analysts. Instead, every plan is governed by a transparent refund window — see the Refund Policy for full details.
What is the difference between Equity, F&O and Pro plans?+
Equity covers cash-market positional and swing setups. F&O focuses on intraday and option strategies for Nifty / Bank Nifty / lead F&O stocks. Pro bundles both, plus morning sentiment reports and quarterly review sessions.
Can I upgrade or change my plan mid-cycle?+
Yes. Reach out to support@alphaquestresearch.com and we will pro-rate the difference on your next billing cycle. Active sessions remain uninterrupted during the upgrade.
